Privacy Policy — LED NeonSign & Photo Placard

This Privacy Policy describes how LED NeonSign & Photo Placard ("the App"), developed by Jaeyeol Hwang (RiorXisse), handles information when you use the App.

No server. No account. No upload. The App works entirely on your device. Photos and content you create are stored locally and are never transmitted to our servers — because we don't have any.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

Your name, email address, or any account information
Photos or images you use or create within the App
Your precise location
Any content you produce with the App

All files remain on your device and are under your full control.

3. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

The App includes Google AdMob for advertising and Google Firebase for crash reporting and analytics. These SDKs may automatically collect the following data:

Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / IDFA) — used for ad personalization
Device model, OS version, and language settings
Coarse location (derived from IP address, not GPS)
App usage events and session duration
Crash logs and diagnostic information

Ad Personalization Google AdMob may serve personalized ads based on your Advertising ID and interests. You can opt out at any time in your device settings: Android → Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".

4. Storage & Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

Storage / Media access — to save images you create to your device gallery. Files are stored only on your device.
Camera — if you choose to take a photo within the App. Images are processed locally and never uploaded.

Permissions are only used for their stated purpose and never for background data collection.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Note: Google AdMob's data collection practices for children are subject to Google's Families Policy.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the following rights regarding data collected by third-party SDKs:

GDPR (EU/EEA) — Right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your data. You may exercise these rights directly with Google via their privacy controls.
CCPA (California) — Right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of the sale of personal information. Google AdMob does not sell your personal information.
Opt-out of personalized ads — Available in your device settings at any time.

7. Data Retention

We do not retain any personal data. Data collected by Google AdMob and Firebase is retained according to Google's data retention policies.

You can delete all locally stored app data by uninstalling the App or clearing app data in your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
